Path of Empowerment is a transformational coaching program designed to support women navigating life’s transitions and challenges, with unlimited laser coaching sessions of up to 15 minutes each for an entire year. So many women I coach express that sometimes they just wish they had someone to have a quick conversation with to help them find inspiration, get clarity, and maintain momentum toward their dreams.

This is the perfect package for those longing for ongoing support, yet struggling to find the time and the budget for standard coaching sessions. Think of this like a gym membership where you can come in, do your practice, and then schedule the next workout session. In this case, we’ll have short coaching sessions up to 15 minutes to address your most pressing issues. Upon completion of the suggested homework/practices from each session, you can schedule your next session. Schedule as many as you’d like during the year, provided you are doing your homework between sessions.

Note: Coaching sessions are subject to calendar availability and completion of homework assigned from prior sessions. For coaching to be effective, one must be willing to implement new practices, and do so consistently. Some homework may be quick actions, and much homework will involve practices for a duration of time such as a week or two. Homework is personalized to your needs and goals.
