I'll be sending along some material for preparing for the workshop that will make it more powerful for you.
If you haven't already done so, be sure to download my free Balance & Empowerment Cards and print them out. I will refer to these in the workshop, and having them on hand will be helpful.
It's important for you to have note-taking material to do the exercises we'll be working with. You might like to have a glass of water nearby, and definitely be sure you're not distracted.
You'll be able to ask questions, and interact with others in the learning. We'll have group coaching and personalized support for every person! This is what is so special about keeping the group small.
A recording and worksheets will be made available to you within 48 hours of the workshop, but you'll get the most out of it if you attend live.
